• Third-party app listings and related content presented on the Platform are the property of their respective developers or licensors. Uyede does not claim ownership over third-party content beyond the necessary display for listing purposes.
• All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Uyede and its licensors.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play

The Platform may provide links, references, or access to apps that are hosted on Google Play or other third-party platforms. These links are for convenience and informational purposes only. Uyede does not host, operate, or control the third-party apps, their hosting platforms, or their contents.

Use of any third-party app is governed by the terms and policies of the respective third party (for example, Google Play). Uyede disclaims all responsibility for the availability, accuracy, legality, or safety of such apps, as well as for any transactions, data collection, privacy practices, or in-app purchases associated with them.

Uyede does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information provided on the Platform, including app listings, metadata, user reviews, and recommendations, may be incomplete, out-of-date, or inaccurate.

Any reliance on the Platform’s content or functionality is at your own risk. Uyede expressly disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information related to third-party apps, listings, or external sites linked from the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uyede, its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
